Yufeng ZANG ZANG Yu-Feng, M.D., professor with the Center for Cognition and Brain Disorders, Hangzhou Normal University. He got his bachelor degree in medicine in 1984 from Hebei Medical College, mater degree in neurosurgery in 1991 from Tianjin Medical College, doctor degree in psychiatry in 2002 from Peking University. Dr. Zang has been focusing on the resting-state fMRI (RS-fMRI) for more than 10 years, especially on the local activity algorithms and application to brain disorders. Dr. Zang and his colleagues developed regional homogeneity (ReHo) and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) methods for RS-fMRI analysis. They implemented RS-fMRI toolkits including REST, DPARSF, and REST-GCA. These toolkits have been cited by more than 600 papers in English. Dr. Zang has co-authored more than 100 papers which were cited more than 6000 times (H index = 39) (by the end of March 2015). Dr. Zang was listed as Most Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier in 2014.
