Yanling HE Dr. Yanling She is a consultant psychiatrist at Shanghai Mental Health Center and the Department of Psychiatry at Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School. She had worked as a post-doctor at the Department of Social Medicine, Harvard Medical School. In 2004, she received her master’s degree of International Mental Health at University of Melbourne. She is currently director of the Department of Education, Shanghai CDC for Mental Health. She also serves as the vice president of Psychometrics Committee, Chinese Association of Psychological Health, and the president of the Society of Psychiatry, Shanghai Medical Association, and a number of others. Dr. He has been involved in mental health service reform and the national project of managing patients with psychoses in community (686 project) from the very beginning. She has published more than 100 papers and co-authored a couple of books and monographs. Her main research interest is on psychiatric epidemiology, the classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders and psychometrics, social psychiatry, and mental health service.
