Notifications of the 15th National Academic Conference

“Chinese Society of Neurology Basic and Clinical Psychiatry Branch’s 15th Academic Conference”, hosted by Chinese Society of Neurology Basic and Clinical Psychiatry Branch and assisted by Shanghai Mental Health Center Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and Psychology Department of Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medicine University, will be held at Howard Johnson Qunsheng Plaza in Guiyang, Guizhou (Guian District University City, the intersection of Siya Road and Simeng Road, close to South Jiaxiu Road), from June 28th to June 30th 2018.

“Guiyang” was first seen in Ming (Hong Zhi) book “Guizhou New Record”: waterfalls beyond the ground and caves beneath, green mountain peaks overlapping each other, people walking through the forest, in the mist guests getting drunk on fragrans’ orama. We warmly welcome colleagues all over the nation to join us in this beautiful and magical city to communicate about academic progresses!

Our society welcomes everyone to participate and submit articles. Our conference affair group accepts abstracts within 1000 characters (object, method, result and conclusion), and the email address is [email protected]. Academic committee of the conference will review your paper and select appropriate ones to be presented at the conference. We look forward to your participation and support! The deadline for paper submission is May 20th 2018.

Conference date: June 28th to 30th 2018

Conference address: Howard Johnson Qunsheng Plaza in Guiyang, Guizhou (Guian District University City, the intersection of Siya Road and Simeng Road, close to South Jiaxiu Road)

Fees: Conference registration fee, travel expenses and accommodation costs are paid by participants themselves. Conference registration fee is 1000 RMB (fee is 50% off for represents from Guizhou and master students with student certifications). Accommodation costs from June 28th to 30th 2018 are Type A 350 RMB per standard room and Type B 500 RMB per standard room.

Travel: The airport is about 30 km away from the hotel, which is a 40 minutes’ drive. Guiyang Train Station is about 22 km away from the hotel, which will take about 40 minutes to drive. North Guiyang Train Station is about 28 km away from the hotel which will also take about 40 minutes to drive.
